Michael
Founder, Co-Owner, and President
Michael Dunne is the Founder, Co-Owner, and President of Field Operations at Dunne Inspection Services.
As the founder, Michael firmly believes that whether buying or selling, everyone deserves to know the utmost possible about their real estate investments and has dedicated years developing service solutions to meet the needs of those respective clients.
As President of Field Operations, Michael manages the inspectors/assistants, their licensing / certifications / continuing education, and oversees all inspection related aspects. Additionally, Michael is directly involved in performing inspections including Commercial Property Inspections and Asbestos Evaluations.
Michael was honored to receive the inspection industry’s highest mark of recognition, becoming a Certified Master Inspector in 2022. In addition, Michael holds numerous licenses and certifications, including Licensed Radon Measurement Technician, Licensed Pest Control Applicator, AHERA Certified Asbestos Building Inspector, Certified Master Inspector, Certified Commercial Property Inspector, & Certified Residential Thermographer.
In his personal life he is a devoted husband to Ashley Dunne and father of 3 children, from 3yrs old to 9yrs old, that keep him on his toes at all times. For fun, Michael enjoys being outdoors, hunting, shooting, and taking vacations with his family.
Ashley
Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer
Ashley Dunne is the Co-Owner and Chief Operating Officer at Dunne Inspection Services.
As COO, Ashley has a passion for growing the customer service department to meet the needs of each and every unique client, along with developing innovative solution options for customers.
Ashley personally manages marketing, agent relations, client relations, human resources, and company administration.
In her former career Ashley was a Licensed Practical Nurse, specializing in geriatrics, pediatrics, and mental health/substance abuse, happily serving those in need at multiple facilities located across the Nebraska and Wyoming regions.
In addition to her role with Dunne Inspection Services, she is the mother of 3 beautiful children that Ashley enjoys traveling with for various trips and annual vacations. When not working, Ashley enjoys snuggling up to binge-watch her favorite shows, hunting, fishing, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Will Preston
Lead Home Inspector
Will Preston is a Lead Home Inspector with Dunne Inspection Services.
As Lead Home Inspector, Will is responsible for all exterior, main electrical, roofing, plumbing, HVAC, and structural aspects of his assigned inspections. Additionally, Will is responsible for on-site management of the overall inspection and client relations.
Over the years, Will has been primarily dedicated to the plumbing and HVAC industries, with over 20+ years’ experience and Master’s Licenses in BOTH trades. Making the switch to inspecting houses, Will has found the inspection process intriguing, and loves learning the finer details of homebuilding aspects that he was never exposed to before, and explaining them to clients in terms easily understood.
As a Nebraska native, Will has lived in Nebraska his entire life, where he is happily married. He is an active member of the local Volunteer Fire Department and a Certified EMT. On days when he isn’t inspecting, Will thoroughly enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time with his family.
Lance Montgomery
Inspection Assistant
Lance Montgomery is an Inspection Assistant with Dunne Inspection Services.
As Inspection Assistant, Lance is responsible for all interior inspection aspects, including appliances, electrical systems, plumbing systems, doors, windows, and living spaces.
Lance’s previous careers include experiences ranging from home construction, oil field operator, and hotel maintenance supervisor with pool maintenance certifications. Transitioning to home inspection has been an intriguing move for Lance as he increases his knowledge and understanding of the intricacies of the systems that comprise a house and its operation.
A native of Wyoming, Lance has spent his life in the communities that he now inspects. On the days when he isn’t inspecting, Lance thoroughly enjoys spending time with his daughter and exploring his passion for music.
Regina Preston
Client Care Coordinator
Regina Preston is the Client Care Coordinator at Dunne Inspection Services.
As Client Care Coordinator, Regina understands that every client’s situation and needs are vastly different from the others, and she devotes her time to ensuring that all clients receive the best customer experience they could ask for.
Regina is responsible for all client communications, arranging inspection appointments, assigning the appropriate inspectors, making sure customer needs are properly documented, and communicating those needs to the assigned inspectors.
Over the years, Regina has worked in numerous positions where customer service / public relations were top priority and uses that training and experience in her career with Dunne Inspection Services.
A California native, Regina has lived in Nebraska for many years now, where she is happily married with children both in and out of the house, with a “Yours, Mine, & Ours” family that is very active in the community. When not busy with work, Regina enjoys being outdoors, camping, fishing, traveling and spending time with her family.
