Michael Dunne is the Founder, Co-Owner, and President of Field Operations at Dunne Inspection Services. Paragraph-As the founder, Michael firmly believes that whether buying or selling, everyone deserves to know the utmost possible about their real estate investments and has dedicated years developing service solutions to meet the needs of those respective clients. As President of Field Operations, Michael manages the inspectors/assistants, their licensing / certifications / continuing education, and oversees all inspection related aspects. Additionally, Michael is directly involved in performing inspections including Commercial Property Inspections and Asbestos Evaluations. Paragraph-Michael was honored to receive the inspection industry’s highest mark of recognition, becoming a Certified Master Inspector in 2022. In addition, Michael holds numerous licenses and certifications, including Licensed Radon Measurement Technician, Licensed Pest Control Applicator, AHERA Certified Asbestos Building Inspector, Certified Master Inspector, Certified Commercial Property Inspector, & Certified Residential Thermographer. Paragraph-In his personal life he is a devoted husband to Ashley Dunne and father of 3 children, from 3yrs old to 9yrs old, that keep him on his toes at all times. For fun, Michael enjoys being outdoors, hunting, shooting, and taking vacations with his family.
